Photo Set Guidelines
(Please discuss any exceptions you would like to make with Kristina.)
40 or more sequential "striptease" images. Must be sent
in the mail on a CD or as a zip file to kris@nofauxxx.com as JPG
or GIF files at a resolution of 72dpi. Images should be at least
500 pixels either tall or wide. If you would like to shoot your
set with real film, please scan them yourselves or send prints in
the mail.
Minimum nudity is topless for at least 15 photos. There is no maximum
nudity or "taboos." Trust your own limits. We accept dirty
kinky sets as well as innocent "erotica" sets, and everything
in between. Take way more photos then you plan on using, take the
same shot from different angels, make a different face, try something
new. Please do not leave a tripod in the same spot, creating a whole
set with identical backgrounds. Get wide shots, medium shots, and
close ups.
We will only accept sets with quality photography. All photos must
be well lit, in focus, artisticly composed, and congruent with the
entire set. If there are less than 40 usable images in a set, it's
likely not to be accepted.
When choosing a setting for your set, please consider a natural
setting (bedroom, outside location, favorite place to be, etc.)
before using a "studio" setting. I would rather see the
posters on your wall than flash shadows against bare walls or a
black sheet hung up behind you. Get creative and show off your personality.
If you're daring, do it in public. Clean the area you are shooting
in, take out anything you don't want people to see, corporate logos,
trash, etc. Leave your hobbies, favorite trinkets, & toys in
the photos, they can only add personality.
Wear your favorite outfit & be yourself, or search for hot
custumes/themed set ideas that will express a different side of
yourself and your sexual identity. Feel free to use toys, or to
take partnered/group/hardcore sets. As far as makeup goes, we suggest
wearing at least a little bit of foundation to reduce the shiney
glare that happens in photos & even out skin tones, but beyond
that, just wear what makes you feel the best. Come as you are.
Use as much light as possible. Use as much availible sunlight as
you can get, or shoot outside! Standard light bulbs cast a yellow
light, but bulbs called Reveal by GE have a bluer tint and work
well for photos, or you can get flood lights/halogen lamps. Get
as much light as possible pointing at you from different angels,
not only straight-on. Watch for unflattering shadows from over-head
celieng lamps. Point your lights at white walls and reflective surfaces
to get well-distributed lighting.
Please clear it with us before photoshopping, cropping, or airbrushing
your photos. We do our own editting, but we are open to ideas.
